I love partnering with clients as they navigate life’s challenges, while also recognizing and building on their unique strengths. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can process what feels heavy—while also taking an active, supportive role by offering practical tools and skills to encourage meaningful, healthy change.
My approach is collaborative and grounded. That means we don’t just talk about what’s hard—we work together to understand it and take realistic steps forward.
Originally from Ohio, I earned my BA in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, followed by an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in both community mental health and private practice settings.
I have both personal and professional experience in a range of areas including anxiety and depression, childhood trauma, grief and loss, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, relationship stressors, and life adjustment.
I’m passionate about helping clients develop deeper self-awareness—particularly when it comes to noticing unhelpful patterns that keep showing up in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Attachment-based therapy focuses on understanding how early relationships, especially with parents and caregivers, influence your emotions, behaviors, and relationships today. By exploring these patterns, this approach helps you build healthier connections, develop trust, and address issues like insecurity or fear of abandonment.
